1999 kit zoom lens. There are a range of zooms of this era, designed for film EOS cameras. They are typically light weight, but with fairly cheap build quality. At 80mm, this lens goes down to f/38, so if you want to see the effects of diffraction, with a modern high MP sensor, this is a lens to try.
